At Skinewal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.


Return Conditions


For a return to be accepted, your item must:

  • Be new, unused, and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

To request a return, please contact us via our contact form, your Skinewal customer account, or at support@skinewal.com.

No package will be accepted without prior authorization.

If your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label and the necessary instructions.


Non-Returnable Products


For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products (serums, peels, etc.)
  • Used beauty devices (LED masks, microcurrent pens)
  • Gift cards

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items.


Defective Products or Order Errors


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via the contact form, your customer account, or at support@skinewal.com. We will offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.


Exchanges


To make an exchange, you can return the item in question after confirmation, then place a new order for the desired item.


Right of Withdrawal (European Union)


If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to justify your decision. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
