Who is responsible for the processing?
BLOOMNEST operates the online store and this website associated with the Skinewal brand, accessible in particular at www.skinewal.com (hereinafter, the "Website"). The site includes all information, content, features, tools, products and associated services (hereinafter the "Skinewal Services"), in order to offer Users a personalized, seamless and secure shopping experience.
The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and, where applicable, disclose Users' personal data when they access, use Skinewal Services, make a purchase or other transaction, or communicate with BLOOMNEST by any other means.
In the event of any conflict between Skinewal's General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, "GTC") and this Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail with regard to the collection, processing and disclosure of personal data.

Use of the Website and Provision of Skinewal Services
BLOOMNEST uses the Personal Data it collects from Users to provide you with Skinewal Services, including to process your payments and orders, to remember your preferences and items that interest you, to send you notifications related to your account, to process purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and manage your account, to arrange shipments, to allow you to post reviews, and to create a personalized shopping experience (e.g. recommendations related to your purchases).

Skinewal Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes Personal Data relating to your access to and use of Skinewal Services in order to ensure their operation and to improve them.
The information you submit through the Skinewal Services may be communicated and shared with Shopify, as well as with third parties, which may be located in countries other than your country of residence, when necessary for the provision or improvement of the Skinewal Services.
Shopify may use Personal Data collected during your interactions with our Website, with other merchants, and with its own services. In certain circumstances, Shopify acts as the data controller, particularly for processing requests related to exercising your rights regarding the use of your Personal Data for these purposes.

How long is your Personal Data kept?

When certain Personal Data must be kept beyond the necessary period, in particular to comply with legal, regulatory or evidentiary obligations, it is kept for the duration of the applicable legal limitation periods, then either deleted, anonymized or securely archived.
Once you have unsubscribed from the Newsletter or deleted your account, BLOOMNEST will retain your Personal Data until the expiry of the applicable legal limitation periods.

What security measures do we apply to the processing?

We are committed to processing your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law and, in particular, (i) to process Personal Data with sufficient guarantees of confidentiality; and (ii) to adopt the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, and unauthorized processing or access.
BLOOMNEST stores Personal Data in encrypted form in a data center located at a service provider that applies protocols for the secure transfer of data between Member States of the European Union.
Access to your account is only possible after entering your personal password. We recommend that you keep your login details confidential and log out after use, especially on a shared device.
International data transfers
In order to provide Skinewal Services, it may sometimes be necessary to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
